Not as good as advertised.
Pictures showed a pool but there was none. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. Location is far from any form of transportation and is misrepresented on booking websites. You get what you pay for.

a beautiful spot hidden away, a short drive from Venice, staff was friendly, accommodating, helpful. Fabulous breakfast, the grounds are exquisite, a real find.
