The apartment is located just a short walk from Piazzale Roma, Santa Lucia Station, and the Papadopoli Gardens; the area is well-served by all major amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.



The apartment consists of one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom.

The space

The 49-square-meter apartment is located on a raised ground floor (approximately 12 steps to access it). Please exercise extra caution if you are travelling with children.



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed, split A/C, closet, and chest of drawers;

- LIVING ROOM with two ottomans (which convert to single beds), an armchair, a 24-inch TV, and a table with chairs;

- KITCHENETTE with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, Lavazza coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, various kitchen utensils, split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, and toilet.
