Cheap and basic
Difficult to access from the airport via public transport so had to get a taxi which was a bit pricey. Friendly staff upon arrival. Easy check in. Nice size room with comfortable bed. Shared bathroom with really good shower and complimentary toiletries. Overall very basic but good value for money.

If you are looking for a budget hotel go with this as you will have shared bathroom n cost per day will be less. The only challenge I had to face was getting my turn for bathroom which delayed my schedule.

We only stayed for one night but the room was really comfortable and clean. The staff were really welcoming and polite also. There wasnt ac but they provided a fan in the room which was fine. They gave us directions into the city centre which was a bus about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall really happy with our stay and would recommend this!!!

Good position. Nice staff
The hostel is 5 min from bus station to Venice.Same direction to Mestre FS (railway). 10 min from centre of Mestre on foot .Supermarket Ali there, and a very cosy osteria called da Pino, with good prices. The host was very kind and helpfull. Maybe more care about cleaning the bathroom.

Has great potential, sadly bad timing for us
House definitely has potential, although I'd have to rate the condition as average-below average as the period we were there was when the place was essentially still undergoing renovation ie. a work in progress. The toilet for guests was out of order, and the place outside the room was quite dusty. We eventually used the other toilet, which was very clean and spacious. A great place if you're just looking for a affordable and comfortable place to sleep and very well located, just 30mins from Venice by bus. Room itself was very clean and comfortable. We saw the finished product for the toilet right as we left and I gotta admit, the place would look and feel awesome for those considering a stay at this place in the future. Breakfast of fresh croissants and coffee was great too. Wifi however was very, very bad. During our stay the wifi was pretty much unusable except for sending WhatsApp messages.

Great value! Room is nice, fast WiFi, big comfy bed, nice shared bathroom. Staff was nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Good room
Surprisingly better than I imagined. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is clean as well. Sharing the bathroom inside is not that bad actually. I am very happy with my stay. Definitely recommand to other visitors. The room is better than the price.

We had to book another hotel as Venice Garden Appartments did not open their gardendoor. We had a paid reservering! Neighboor of the B&B helped us yelling to pay attention but nobody came outside (frontdoor was open). Doorbell on gardendoor did not work. Owner told us to come back after 3pm. We came back but still nobody there! With 2 small kids in pooring rain in a unknown city...we were forced to book another hotel. We will never recommend this B&B.

Suficiente para pasar la noche, quizá esperamos algo más de limpieza, especialmente el tema de la moqueta, la habitación era muy amplía, pero a pesar de que se supone que en nuestra reserva teníamos el desayuno incluido, el responsable, bastante majo, nos dijo que no. Buena ubicación.

L'hôtel est bien dans l'ensemble. Un peu bruyant par la présence de la ligne de chemin de fer, passage de trains assez fréquent. Les toilettes sont dans la même pièce que la douche, l'ensemble pour quatre chambres me semble insufisant.

Zentrales Hotel aber keine Ahnung von irgendwas
Relativ gut gelegenes Hotel ebenfalls gutes Ambiente, jedoch Service sehr sehr schlecht. Bis zum letzten Tag wusste man nicht wer dort eigentlich arbeitet. Schlüssel für das Gebäude wurden uns nicht übergeben und auch zur Schlüsselabgabe am letzten Tag, war niemand da.

unordentliches und ungemütliches Haus
WIr suchten für eine 4 köpfige Familie eine Unterkunft, wo wir schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nach Venedig fahren konnten. „Venice Garden Appartmants“ entsprach laut den Filtern unseren Ansprüchen. Stutzig machte uns die Angabe „gemeinsames Bad“. Stornierbar war jedoh auch mehrere Monate vor dem Aufenthalt nichts mehr. Vorgefunden haben wir ein Haus direkt neben den Bahnschienen (nicht so schlimm), Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück (+), schloddrigem 1-Mann-Personal (-), miesen und dreckigem Bad und Flur (-), einem gemeinsamen Müllereimer im Flur (-), im „Appartment“ gabe es nichts außer 4 Betten, abblätterdnen Putz, Dreck rings ums Haus und im Haus, ein unhygienisches Bad für min. 4 Parteien mit entsprechend langen Wartezeiten zum Duschen, Zähne putzen und Toilettennutzung ... man kam schnell mit dem Bus nach Venedig ... und wir waren froh, dieses Haus wieder verlassen zu können!!!

L'unica cosa che salva questo posto è l'essere abbastanza vicino al bus per piazzale Roma a Venezia. Il personale inesistente, siamo arrivati verso le 21.15 a causa di ritardi del treno da Milano e se non ci fosse stato il gentilissimo e simpatico signor Vittorio che ci ha fatti entrare probabilmente avremo dormito fuori. Il bagno condiviso con almeno altre 5 persone. Bisogna levarsi le scarpe prima di entrare all'interno del luogo perchè c'è la moquette (in condizioni penose). I cuscini esageratamente leggeri il letto decente, nessuna zanzariera alle finestre, ma essendoci caldo e niente condizionatore abbiamo dovuto lasciare aperto e farci mangiare dalle zanzare e sentire i treni della stazione accanto. La colazione non prima delle 8.30 quindi per chi, come nel nostro caso, deve andar via prima per questioni di coincidenze di treni e aerei si arrangia senza nemmeno ricevere scuse. Lavori in corso nelle altre stanze, quindi pure quello. È la prima volta che lascio una recensione così negativa, cerco sempre di trovare il lato positivo in tutto, ma qui è davvero come cercare un ago in un pagliaio. Un disastro. Sconsigliato, non andateci!!! Anche perchè visto il costo non così conveniente, meglio cercare altro.

Właściciel nie odpisał na mojego emaila którego wysłałem kilka dni przed przyjazdem , musiałem dzwonić a że słabo znam angielski w mowie było to dla mnie spore utrudnienie. Dom był w remoncie , żeby móc skorzystać z toalety musieliśmy po przyjeździe czekać 40 minut aż właściciel ją uprzątnie .Na drugi dzień śniadanie opóźnione , miało być o 8:30 a było godzinę później co utrudniło wcześniejsze wyjście na zwiedzanie miasta .Śniadanie pyszne , cena noclegu przystępna .

Странный хозяин отеля. Сначала встретил радушно и приветливо- даже в местный бар пригласил с подругой, презентовал бутылку вина на мой день рождения. Мы после целого дня на ногах в Венеции, вечером передумали- так пришлось еще и оправдываться за наш отказ. На минуточку- я к тебе, друг, не в гости и не бесплатно пожить приехала. После отказа на предложение сделать мне массаж- вся любезность пропала окончательно! В целом номер хороший, кровать удобная, постельное белье чистое. Завтрак (круасаны и фрукты)- приносят в номер - чашка для кофе могла бы быть и побольше. От дома до Венеции автобус- остановка в 3 минутах (1.5 евро в одну сторону).WiFi отличный! В целом, норм, но С ТАКИМ ОТНОШЕНИЕМ ХОЗЯИНА- в следующий раз поищу и советую что-то другое. Советую Эвану пересмотреть свое отношение к приезжающим- и не предлагать массажные услуги.

Schöne Pension in der nähe von Venedig
Die Bus nummer 2 hält drei Blocks entfernt von der Pension und fährt direkt nach Piazzale Roma, Venedig. Das ist klasse. Der Bahnhof von Mestre ist auch zu Füß zu erreichen. Die Besitzer der Pension sind freundlich und bringen dir das Frühstück ins Zimmer. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Posto ideale per visitare Venezia
Il posto è l'ideale. Una villa con giardino a Mestre in una via tranquilla. Il prezzo è ragionevolissimo specie se si considerano i prezzi di Venezia. Inclusa la colazione, servita al sacco in camera la mattina: briosche (vera, non confezionata), un frutto, un succo di frutta, caffè o the. Vicinissimo alla fermata del bus 2 che porta dritto dritto a Venezia Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Stanza gigante e letti comodi. Bagno sul piano. L'unica pecca è stata che prenotando tramite expedia abbiamo avuto dei problemi. Il giorno stesso della prenotazione ce l'hanno cancellata, via email, dicendo che non lavorano con loro e non avevano l'avevano ricevuta (nota bene avevo chiamato due volte in precedenza per aggiungere un letto, l'ultima chiamata risaliva a quattro giorni prima). In seguito comunque alle nostre proteste e insistenze hanno aggiustato la situazione e si sono scusati. E alla fine siamo state più che soddisfatte del posto. Se dovete prenotare, prenotate direttamente con loro o assicuratevi che effettivamente abbiano ricevuto la prenotazione.
