    The apartment is located in the Santa Croce area, a very quiet and out of the tourist crowds. It is a one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and the whole flat has just been restored in March 2025.

    it is on the second floor with no lift, it has a few small steps to reach the apartmentì's door, the nearest public boat stop is Riva De Biasio and it is at walking distance from the Rialto market, the railway station and the bus and car parks. Campo San Giacomo dell'Orio is very near.
