Brand new apartment in artistic and romantic area of Venice. Very typical neighborhood but also central, near to all attractions, just perfect to find your home in Venice. What makes the flat special is the position: you can reach the main points of interest in a few minutes on foot or by public boats, with the stop less than a minute away. The apartment, about 60 square meter, cosy and cared in every detail, is located on the first floor of an independent XVI century building and was completely renovated in 2021. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a large shower. On request, the double bed in the second bedroom can be divided into two twin beds. The central part of the house is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances: induction hob, kettle, microwave, oven, coffe machine and fridge. Each room has its own air conditioning. In the apartment you can enjoy the following facilities: free WiFi (hi-speed), heating and air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and iron board. The bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV and usb plugs. From Piazzale Roma there are three bridges to cross and one has a ramp. Along the way you can stop for a quick meal before getting to the apartment. Marco was a super host for us and his food recommendations were spot on. This was the perfect way to start our European vacation with our two adult children.
