Located on the TOP floor of a building constructed in 1700, with NO lift (72 stairs to reach it), it has a total area of approximately 65 square metres, featuring a large living room that doubles as a bedroom with a fireplace (NOT in working order, as open fires are prohibited in Venice), a kitchen-dining area with a beautiful terrace where you can dine in the summer, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a Smart HD TV, a dressing room with a wardrobe and a safe, and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
Its "makeover" has just been completed: the living room features a sofa; the kitchen is equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and microwave; the bedroom; and the utility area, which houses a washing machine, tables, and ironing equipment.
