The Pearl - Beautiful, renovated Houseboat in Venice Marina!
- Step out onto the back porch of this newly renovated houseboat directly onto your boat or charter boat every morning! Nicest houseboat in the Marina! Relax and enjoy a cocktail and the front row view at sunset! Bonus: Your charter captain can pick you up at your front door!
The Pearl Houseboat is a well-maintained, clean houseboat located at the end of Dock B with no houseboats on either side. It is quiet and nicely appointed with a ton of entertaining space, large kitchen with a commercial stove, bar, dining table and large living area. The back porch has both a propane barbeque and charcoal barbeque for your use. There are two bedrooms and full baths that can accommodate up to 9 people. There is a large commercial ice maker on the back porch for your use as well as a smaller chest freezer. Bonus 2: You will also will have use of your own private cleaning station!
