The house was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I had a small issue during check-in, but when I called, they responded immediately, even though it was late at night. I really appreciated their quick response and helpfulness.

Loved our place in San Marco! The 2 bedroom setup was perfect for our 18 & 16 year old kids. Having a washer on site was helpful and with 3 A/C units, we beat the late June/early July heat! The location was wonderful - we could walk to many places but had convenient access to two vaporetto stops.

Very roomy apartment, everything was very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood with wonderful restaurants. Really close to a major ferry stop and to Saint Mark's. Excellent place to stay!

Excellent location!! This property was a great size and in a great spot to explore Venice. We were very close to the water bus along with many, many food and drink options. Walking to St Marks took only 5 minutes. Would stay again.

I highly recommend this place. It is pretty spacious and charming. The access from the port to the place was easy, so my exit to the airport. Charming views to the canal, but keep in my to close the windows otherwise mosquitos will get you at night :)

Property is located closed to Restarants and the walk from the Vaporetto stop is only 5 minutes. Place is decorated very tastefully. I really enjoyed my stay. Communication for check in was great and they even provided a list of local activities to book as well as supermarkets information. I would recommend if you are traveling with family.

This property is a hidden gem in the San Marco area. It is perfectly located only a few minutes walk from the San Mark’s plaza and Rialto Bridge, but tucked in a quiet and cute neighborhood. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The property is clean and spacious.

AC was great and having two washrooms was a bonus. The location made it easy to use the vaparetto to get to and from airport. Kitchen was new, Nespresso was a nice touch, and everything was modern and worked well. Don’t plan to spend too much time in the apartment - as shown in the photos, there’s very little common space for four people to hang out in.

Great choice for a comfy stay.

The overall stay here was excellent. The location of the apartment is perfect to access everything in Venice. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a little trouble navigating the first day, but that was due to a delayed arrival and trying to find our way late at night.

Comfortable apartment with a great location.

The apartment was spacious enough with 2 nice size bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and nice clean bathrooms. Great location for walking around Venice and catching the vappretto to move around the grand canal.

An amazing find.

Clean, modern, spacious, great location, easy to get to by water transport, walk to San Marcos square. A great find, can’t ask for anything more. You open the window, you see a canal and an old campanile, you’re in Venice.

WE loved this property. It was easy to get to the video communication helped. It's central to lots of cultural and not far from some of the major stops on the water taxi. When coming back to Venice, I will definitely look to see if the property is available again!

Das Appartment ist in der Altstadt, an 2 Seiten von kleinen Kanälen umgeben. Sowohl Markusplatz als auch Rialto-Brücke sind nicht weit. Allerdings liegt das Haus etwas versteckt und es ist guter Orientierungssinn gefragt, wie sowieso in Venedig. Wir waren allerdings einwenig genervt von den Stechmücken, die wir immer wieder in der Wohnung hatten. Und das Ende Oktober!
