The communication from the property manager was prompt and helpful, as we navigated the ferries and streets to reach the property. We were given instructions of where to park and what ferry to take to get to the city. We met the property manager at arrival, they were very patient as we got delayed on the ferry. It was also helpful that they had a binder explaining where the trash goes in the neighborhood, checkout instructions and a long list of recommendations for restaurants in the area. Everything was clean in the apartment, 4 adults had plenty of space, and we also had enough blankets and towels for everyone. We purposely picked some place that had a washing machine which was helpful after so much traveling. The location was relatively quiet for being a 5 min walk to the Rialto bridge.
