Bright apartment located in the heart of Venice's historic centre, a few steps from St. Mark's Square, the most exclusive area of the city. The residence offers a spacious second-floor apartment, consisting of a kitchen with dining area, two triple rooms, one double room and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower). From the property, you can enjoy a splendid view of the canal. Additionally, on the upper floor, there is an elegant independent loft, equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, double bed and a bathroom with shower. Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM may require a supplement of €50 (to be paid in cash upon arrival).
