The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

Other things to keep in mind

All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law. The tourist tax is not included in the price; it must be paid on-site in cash at a rate of €4 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children ages 0–9 are exempt, and youth ages 10–16 receive a 50% reduction on the tax.

Starting April 25, a pilot programme for the entrance fee to Venice’s historic centre will be in effect. By following the instructions provided in the template, you can download a voucher for free access to Venice’s historic centre.



Please note that check-in times must always be arranged directly with the property, and the following surcharges apply: from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM >> 40 euros, from 10:00 PM to midnight >> 60 euros
