This is the most miraculous place I have ever found. The host is what makes this so amazing. Every need met from arranging the water taxi to and from the airport to making sure we had extra towels clean towels for the middle of our 10 night stay. We cooked in the perfect kitchen bought fresh bread nearby and had Coffee and/or Bellinis at the Miracoli bar just steps away from our place and a perfect gondola ride. This place is easy to navigate from and just far enough away to feel comfortable.

This property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was immaculate and located in an area that allowed you to walk to restaurants, shops & historic sites. Fabulous Venice apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was really spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms, while also having traditional artwork and features. It is located in the perfect area, close to major landmarks but with a local feel and so many restaurants and cafes close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Everything was very clean and there was plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Lots of space for our family of 7. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We did a visit to the nearby islands with Jane’s son which was great! Overall had a great time!

This property is spectacular assuming you want a real Venice experience. It is everything you want - on canal, well located to shopping and landmarks, spacious, and the owner/managers (especially Jane and her husband) could not be better. It made our stay very special.

Ideal Location with Balcony!

Super helpful host, Jane, helped us with our transfers (water taxis), and answered all of our questions. The real gem here is the apartment itself with its balcony on a canal. Gorgeous chandeliers, comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out for our family of 6. Highly recommended!

This is the most beautiful property. We had two families with 4 children and it was perfect. The location is great and my daughter felt like a princess sitting on the balcony overlooking the canal. The hosts were very responsive and kind and we really appreciated it.

Fabulous place in Venice

We were four friends traveling from the states who found this place perfect for a Venice stay. It is close to everything yet away from the craziness of San Marco and tourists. Jane is a great host, communicating before our arrival and facilitating our arrival and departure, which can be tricky in Venice! Totally recommend it!

Wonderful stay

Perfectly located yet away from the bustle with everything you need close at hand. ( safe ATM, family-friendly restaurants, grocery stores, gelaterias, laundromat). Easy walks to San Marco, Rialto bridge. Fantastic for large groups/families like ours (2 adults 5 children). Neighborhood is quiet and charming. Perfect Venice flat!
