Modern apartment on the first floor of a building with no elevator, overlooking the canal from the living room and both bedrooms. The accommodation provides a large living area with dining table, sofas, television and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bedroom with two single beds; finally, a bathroom with shower completes the layout of the apartment. \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. Could use some new furniture, some basic TLC, and a bit more attention the detail. It was generally clean and comfortable however. A good budget option. The air conditioning worked well.
