The skyscraper develops in height for 19 levels, and with its 81m. it is the city's new iconic landmark. The choice of a hybrid principle, confirmed by the name assigned to it, is expressed not only in the internal distributions but above all in the formal solutions. The tower alternates collective spaces with hospitality-residential units, which from the fourth to the eleventh floor have apartments with large panoramic windows and which from the twelfth to the sixteenth floor offer cantilevered terraces and breathtaking views of the skyline of Mestre fino and the Venice Lagoon.
