An outdoor area common to the entire structure is available to guests. The building does not have an elevator. Herion Palace 1 is a beautiful apartment arranged on 2 floors, ideal for a group of friends, totally furnished with designer furniture and modern-style paintings. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hall with a wall equipped with a closet; a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine; a living area furnished with a comfortable sofa and a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster and various utensils. On the second floor is the sleeping area divided into two bedrooms, both with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. Our guests will have additional amenities such as Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, television, and a hairdryer. \* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. Die Adresse ist in der Calle dell'Ogio, nicht in der Strada Sestriere - beide Adressen kann man auf googlemaps finden. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos gezeigt, leider ist die Küchenausstattung so gut wie nicht vorhanden (weder Espressokocher noch Weinglas) und im Bad blättert die Glasur von den Wandfliesen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt, aber man spürt, dass die Vermietung durch eine Agentur erfolgt und sich dort wohl keiner um den Zustand der Wohnung zu kümmern scheint. Le quartier est sympa il y a des commerces à côté et plein de resto sympa. L apparemment est calme pas eu besoin de bouchon d oreilles bon on entend quand même si vos voisins vont prendre une douche mais franchement les nuits sont calme. L espace extérieur est très sympa et au frais car il a fait bien chaud pendant notre semaine. Par contre niveau équipement cuisine c est spartiate, le four est inexistant et il serait quand même appréciable quand on prétend à un certain standing d avoir des verres à vin. Chez IKEA c est pas cher et pratique surtout pour déguster un bon vin italien et idem une cafetière même à piston serait bienvenue comme une éponge que j ai acheté et laissé sur place. Le meuble dans la salle de bain est bancale j ai pas l impression qu il était correctement fixé à faire attention si il y a des enfants. Très bonne literie juste un peu bas le lit. Grande armoire dans les 2 chambres. Et bien organisé avec le propriétaire. Les codes sont bien fournis et pas besoin de clefs appartement bien sécurisé. ##### emilie a.
