The apartment is on the second floor of a building without elevator. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. In the same room there is a dining table and a living room with sofa and TV. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with queen size beds. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout. \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. Very clean, smooth check in process, good communication, and great location for walking to all the major sights. Also close to restaurants and water taxi stops. The one downfall, which is not communicated is that the apartment is located on a side street, and there is a bar/restaurant below. They were LOUD until 2 a.m. every night. Also, there are specific instructions from the host that "quiet hours" are between 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. so as not to disturb residents. However the residents partied well into the night on the weekend. So, if you are looking for a truly "quiet" location this may not be it. ##### Sheri J.
