Thank you for taking a moment to view one of out vacation home brough to you by Sandy Flamingo Vacations.
This home is located in a quiet, yet close to everything South Venice area.
Recently tastefully remodeled home.
Very spacious, almost 1700 sq ft 2 bed/2 bath PLUS BONUS room/game room which includes a trundle bed and a foosball table.
Come, relax and enjoy your stay at our updated and well-stocked home.

-Master bedroom offers a king bed with a comfortable spring mattress and mattress pad (w/mattress protector) and a dedicated office table. Includes a smart TV and reading chair to catch up on some reading. Master bathroom features an oversized, fully-tiled shower, 2 separate vanities and a large walk-in closet. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion is included.
-Guest room offers a comfortable queen bed with mattress protector. A large dresser and closet rack with shelves.
Bedroom/game room offers a trundle bed suitable for 4 small kids or 2 adults/teens. This room offers board games and a foosball table. Of note, this room is open, with no doors.

-3rd/extra room/sitting room area (no doors):
2 twin beds (trundle bed)
2 inflatable mattresses with automatic pump (full and queen),

    South Venice Vacation

    We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and stocked with everything needed. We had a couple minor issues that the owner immediately fixed. The road in front of the house was busy at times, but it was quiet inside the home. The neighborhood was nice, and we felt safe. The house is close to great beaches and downtown Venice. The owner was great to work with. We would stay again.

    March get away

    Great access to beach, restaurants, grocery store! Owner was very responsive. There were only 4 adults and we cannot see how 10 guests could possibly sleep there. Ice maker was not functional & Keurig coffee maker was questionable. Overall we had a great time in Florida!

    We would not hesitate to book this rental next time we are in Venice! Communication was great, house seemed newly remodeled & clean, conveniently located, well stocked kitchen, nice towels & linens, very spacious and a great value! If you are staying in Venice, stay here!

    Lovely vacation home

    The home is lovely and recently remodeled with a large kitchen, living room, and small game room. The homeowner was kind and thoughtful and responsive. It's only 5 minutes to the beach. It would also be great for families with small children. I would stay here again.

    House was updated nicely inside and clean. Lots of space. Very close to the beach and home had some extras chairs and umbrella which was nice. Alex, the property manager was very easy to work with!

    Perfect location

    My family and I came down for some beach time and shark's tooth hunting. This place was perfect located for both. Everything you see on line is just how it is. They go above and beyond with snacks and amenities that really gave the place a classy touch. We will definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

    A beautiful home right in the heart of Venice.

    We had a great time. The house was spacious with comfortable sleeping arrangements for my family. We had enough room for my Venice family to come a sit and visit. The kitchen is well equipped. The property is clean and well maintained. Easy parking. It’s great.

    Amazing House and host

    The host was really fast on answering my questions and keeping me updated until the day of my stay and after to make sure everything was well. House is amazing and has everything for every age group. The house is very opened and cleaned. Thank you again.

    Super stay!

    This home is thoughtfully appointed with vacation-home renters in mind. Comfortable beds, plenty of bedding, a supply of common consumable items as well as coffee and basic toiletries. The cleanliness was super and the location ideal with a Walmart Super center a couple minutes down the road as well as a great public beach. The communication with the owner was quick and simple. Check in was low stress and their check-out expectations were very reasonable. I am a frequent VRBO user and this has been one of our best experiences. Will stay here next time we are in the area!

    Great stay! Highly recommend.

    Our stay was great and we will definitely stay again when we visit Venice. The owner was excellent with communication about the property. He let us know that someone was going to be working on some landscaping during our stay which was above and beyond what he needed to do. The home was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and spacious with many nice touches to make our stay comfortable. It is very obvious that the owner wants guests to feel welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Everything great, water sulfur smell. Owner taking care to get rid of, & only disappointed that 3rd bedroom has no door. Clean, nice comfy beds, towels, shampoos, etc. 10 minute drive to beach

    Spectactular

    The house is fantastic, very nicely deocorated, very clean, and the beds are comfortable. 2 full size bedrooms and a smaller room which doubles as a bedroom and a gameroom. The smaller bedroom was very comfortable for me (5'10"). The host is so nice, he was worried about the back yard which as of the time of this writing is a work in progress. (The sod was delivered while we were there). However the back yard is very pleasant with a nice patio and a gas grill. The house was incredibly well stocked, the host left nothing out. There was even plenty of varieties of cofee and tea and creamer and sweetners. Incredibly well stocked with everything you need. Outstanding experience. Highly recommend this property and the host.

    Alex and his family have prepared a rental that makes you feel like you’re literally at home!

    This was our second stay in the Venice area. This home is the best we have ever rented! The home is just a few short minutes from everything and easy to get to/from. We usually stay right on the beach. Our family actually thought being a couple of minutes drive from everything allowed us to see so much more and experience several different beaches. This home makes you feel at home. They beautifully remodeled this home and the pictures perfectly represent the actual rooms and bathrooms. They went over the top on thinking of everything and providing very generous basic supplies like trash bags, soaps, paper towels, TP….and the kitchen has EVERYTHING you may need. Most rentals make it necessary to waste precious vacation time doing extra shopping and spending extra money. All of the beds were so comfortable and they provided quality sheets, pillows, and comforters! They were also very pet friendly and accommodating….something all pet families really appreciate. We will definitely be back!
