The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. The bright, modern living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster, a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa and TV. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with queen size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout. \*The building is not equipped with an elevator. \*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums. Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.
