The apartment is furnished in a typical classic venetian architecture with a bright living room, one double comfortable bedroom and a loft with sofa bed, a stylish bathroom and a kitchen well equipped. Furthermore, independent heating, washing machine, air conditioning, sheets and towels, WI-FI and TV. The house is ideal for 4 people who are searching for an location out of ordinary and completely immersive in venetian atmosphere. All around there are restaurants, cafes, boutiques, museums and art galleries like Accademia Galleries and Guggenheim Gallery. You can visit also the ancient Scala Contarini del Bovolo or in 20 minutes by walking you can reach “La Salute” church to enjoy the panoramic view. To reach all the city you can take vaporetto ( a public boat trasportation) from all the stops along the Grand Canal.
