Cozy Venice Pool Home Near Venice Island
- Enjoy your stay in Venice in this cozy, quiet home with a heated pool. This unit is centrally located just two miles from Venice island and four miles from two different beaches. It's right off of US 41 where there's plenty of shopping and restaurants.
This unit has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser, large smart TV, and full sized closet. The living room has two couches and a large smart TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need: stove, fridge, microwave, pots and pans, and all cooking and eating utensils.
The unit also has a dining room table, washer/dryer, office desk, and there's a sliding glass door in the back that leads to the heated pool. Backyard also has a gas grill and bicycles for use.
Note: this unit is a duplex, so two units share the backyard space.
