The apartment is located on the ground floor, and has a beautiful private internal courtyard, flowered during the summer, where you can eat with loved ones and friends or take some fresh air during the evening hours. The apartment, recently renovated, has a bedroom for two people where we can add a third bed if necessary, a small living room with sofa bed for two, which actually becomes a second bedroom, bathroom with shower (brand new) and a kitchen, full equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and how useful it could be. In addition, for the hot summer months, the split for air conditioning was installed in the corridor. The apartment also has a SMART TV, which combined with the free wifi internet connection allows you to surf the net directly from your sofa! There are no final cleaning costs. Linen (sheets and towels included) Attention: for arrivals after 7pm and until 9pm a supplement of € 30 is required. For arrivals after 9 pm and until 11 pm we require a supplement of € 50\. We stayed for three nights in September, arriving after 19.00 there is a 20 euro fee which we were advised of before staying. The location was great with lots of restaurants and 2 supermarkets at about a 10 minutes walk away. Plenty of space for two people but the patio chairs and also the dining chairs were uncomfortable. If you plan to eat out the facilities are fine for preparing a light meal but all the cooking pots were quite dirty and the mugs and plates need replacing as they are worn and some are chipped. Good powerful shower and private garden . Overall we enjoyed our stay, thanks Giacomo. ##### Joy H. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée malgré notre horaire tardive ; Giacomo nous a montré quelques lieux incontournables pour nous aiguiller lors de notre séjour. L'appartement est très spacieux et très bien situé dans le quartier du Ghetto. Il se trouve dans une large ruelle, tout en étant à l'abri des bruits de la ville, aucun bruit ni au coucher ni au réveil =) Il dispose de tout ce que l'on a besoin pour passer un bon séjour, et la terrasse privée dont il dispose est juste parfaite, nous avons passé plus de temps sur cette terrasse que dans le reste de l'appartement !! Nous avions choisi cet appartement en partie pour sa terrasse, et nous ne le regrettons pas du tout ! Ich hätte gern einen neuen Schwamm in der Küche gehabt! Mir fehlte etwas die liebevolle Hand in der Wohnung. Wir bekamen sofort eine neue Lampe im Schlafzimmer, leider war 1 Steckdose defekt. Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Das empfohlene Restaurant bei Guglie kannte auch andere Gäste, es war immer voll, was für seine Qualität spricht. Das nette Geschäft in der Nähe hatte guten Wein, Käse u. Wurst. Apotheke hat uns sehr geholfen! Abends waren wir froh, nicht so im Touristenstrom zu stecken u. die gemütlichen Fondamenti zu genießen. We love this neighborhood! It is off the beaten path, and easy to " find" once we had our bearings. We were met by a lovely young woman who led us to the place. We got to LOVE Venice from this place. The surrounding neighborhood is interesting, quiet, and fun to see. Only drawback, it lacked a few amenities, such as enough towels( I am frugal with water and time, but one towel per person was skimpy), and hooks in the bath, and furniture could be more comfortable.
