The apartment is on the first floor of a XVI century palace with private water entrance. It's very comfortable in size (around 1615 sqft). It has three bedrooms (a master bedroom and two large single rooms), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a new big sofa and two armchairs. It has two bathrooms (the master one with the bath and shower, the second one with the shower). It is furnished with antique Venetian style furniture. The apartment looks out on one side on to a small courtyard with a Romanesque well-head and the extraordinary view of St. Mark’s bell tower and on the other on to three typical inner canals and a stone bridge right in front of the living room window. ## Property amenities ### Beach - As an added bonus, Monica was able to arrange a private tour with a friend who is a professional guide, which was fabulous! On a practical note - market and coffee shops close by, plenty of hot water and wonderful showers,WiFi worked really well, very very spacious, air-conditioner in the master bedroom kept us cool in the unseasonably warm weather. We enjoyed our time here as it was a quick walk to nearly anything you want to do. Very typical Venice apartment though - so showers are sized to fit small people (not a problem for us). Kitchen was great though and allowed us to do some breakfasts at the house. We came to eat Italian though so didn't do any significant cooking in the house. So if you want that- this apartment is in the busy part of Venice. Transportation was very convenient The canal has busy noise in the morning. Our family of 4!adults stayed here and the flat was definitely big enough. The 2 single beds are a bit small if you are an adult.
