Overall, property was great. Super close walk to the marina. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was spacious. Owner was responsive and helpful!Would stay again.

Well equipped for fishing trip

Never see such a lean and new gas grill on all of the houseboats we been staying last 15 yrs. Working propane cooker is a plus for us to deep fry our fish outside.

Perfect location in Venice

Very clean- ice machine was so nice and handy. We never ran short of ice even w two boats and 6 people. We tied our boats up to the dock just outside of back door. Porch was perfectly positioned for the sunrise w coffee. Porch fan made sitting outside very comfortable in shade w temps in low 90’s. Great place to stay on water and watch boats come and go! One of the best boat houses in Venice.

Great place

We stayed here with six people for a fishing trip. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Right on the water with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Venice and recommend it.

We had a great trip to Venice. Catfish House was just what we needed. Clean, easy to get to, walking distance from the marina and the ice machine worked great. We’ll definitely stay there again.

Host was very welcoming. Boat was spotless and in great condition. Host responded to all my questions. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved every minute! All the amenities of home were available. Highly recommend! Will stay again and again!

All the air conditioners blew ice Cold. Plenty of towels and hand towels. Propane bottles full and had extra that was full. The grill was fairly new and worked great. Great location for having boats tied to camp. Definitely will stay here again

New updates are great outside ! Water pressure was low we thought. Ice machine could not keep up barely with one boat let alone 2No dishwasher Boat parking was a little tight. But worked.
