The two bedrooms each have a double bed with nightstands and a chest of drawers (in the larger bedroom only), as well as a travel-sized closet ideal for luggage and clothes.
All the windows in the bedrooms and living room overlook the nearby park.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, and washing machine. Towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are provided.

The apartment is near one of the central parks, in a quiet, residential area. It’s a 6-minute walk from the nearest bus stop to Venice.
In addition, the area offers several points of interest, such as the centre of Mestre with its main square (Piazza Ferretto), the public swimming pool, tennis courts, shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, the garden, and the assigned parking space.
Guests have full access to the balcony, which may also be used by the cleaning lady for storage or for the dryer. (The balcony has direct access from outside)
