Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, communication
Room was hard to find and was not labelled correctly. No contact possible after 6pm.. Room was neglected and bathroom not clean. Electrics were questionable as the wiring was not complete but a make shift solution was given with plug-in led strip lights. Room/apartment smelt damp and bathroom was dirty with mold in and around shower. I would not stay here again.

L'emplacement géographique est très bien, à proximité de la gare de Santa Lucia mais aussi du pont Rialto et de la place San Marco. Maison propre à notre arrivée. On trouve ce qu'il faut en équipement. Mais la maison est trés humide et sombre. Odeur d'égout en permanence provenant de la salle de bain, obligé de laisser la fenêtre de la salle de bain ouverte en permanence. Au vu du prix je m'attendais à mieux. Et le prix de la taxe sur place annoncé a été plus que quadruplé.

La casa es acogedora, pequeña, pero suficiente para el uso que le hemos dado. Decorada con gusto. Barrio muy tranquilo. Si tengo que ponerle algún "pero": la instalación eléctrica tenía algunas deficiencias en cuanto a la iluminación. Este es el único motivo por el que no le he dado 5 estrellas.

Experiência péssima de check in

O lugar em si pode até ser uma boa opção baixo custo em Veneza, gostamos da localização mais distante da massa turística mas bem localizada, é um lugar modesto mas que atende a necessidade, porém a experiência de check in foi horrível simplesmente a chave não estava no local indicado e eles encerram o atendimento às 18h não conseguíamos contato e mesmo na central da wonderfulitaly empresa que gerencia o imóvel não conseguiam resolver por falta de contato com o responsável local, estava com uma criança pequena e fiquei horas esperando resolverem o que não aconteceu. Acionamos a Hotel.com e enquanto aguardávamos por sorte tentamos o código em outras caixinhas e a chave estava em outra caixa diferente da que indicaram, no dia seguinte não conseguiram dar nenhuma explicação pelo ocorrido só um pedido de desculpa, não vale o risco de passar tanto estresse.
