It is a large open space with a wooden trussed ceiling. Very cozy and comfortable, it was designed by dividing the living area from the sleeping one with a panel. This allowed the architect to create a section with 2 bedrooms (one double and one single) and 2 bathrooms (one with shower cabin and one half bathroom). All windows overlook the Venetian rooftops, bringing in a lot of natural light. The living area presents a kitchen that opens onto the living room and a dining table that can seat 4; there is also a high counter to enjoy breakfasts or aperitifs on comfortable high stools. The 42” screen TV can be viewed from two wide comfortable sofas. The apartment has heated floors that can be regulated via remote thanks to a home automation system. This apartment is perfect for couples or small families that wish to enjoy all the comforts of a luxurious space. Garzoni-Moro is a prestigious late-Gothic palazzo located in the middle of the bend of the Grand Canal. The area of San Samuele and Santo Stefano has always been a favorite of the most important Venetian families for their private residence. Equally distant from San Marco – political and religious center – and Rialto – the business and finance heart of the city – it was the perfect location for families to exercise their power and manage their interests during the 1000-year history of the Venetian Republic. The first Venetian settlement in fact dates back to before the 10th century, while the first palazzo was built in the 12th century. Palazzo Garzoni-Moro was built in the 15th century and completely restored in 2017\. It consists of a large main residence overlooking the Grand Canal, and 8 apartments on the opposite side of the building overlooking the private courtyard, the nearby canal, and the Venetian rooftops. Literally five minutes from Palazzina G and the Bauer Hotel, both exclusive spots of Venetian nightlife, this apartment allows you to be at the heart of the city’s most important events, especially during the Venice Film Festival and the Art and Architecture Biennale. My wallet with my ID’s and credit card were stolen. I suggested to Marco that he include a warning to guests about pickpocketing. Everything as advertised, the apartment is exactly as the pictures. Clemente apartment has two bathrooms (only one has a shower) and two bedrooms, all with AC. It is quiet, clean and super modern and chic. The washing machine and AC work super well, checking was easy and uncomplicated, plus it is heavenly that there is an elevator since the apartment is on the top floor. Naida was efficient and very nice. The beds are comfortable and it is an easy walk to everywhere. There is a small grocery store around the corner that has everything you need and the guys there are super nice. The folder with restaurant recommendations was great. Super nice and not touristy recommendations. The apartment is very well located in the San Marco sestieri, but quiet and a few blocks from the Campo Santo Stefano, which is lively with cafe’s and restaurants. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos im Internet entsprechen der Realität, obwohl, eigentlich ist es sogar noch schöner. Das Apartment ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt, wir haben es sehr genossen, eine so schöne Homebase in Venedig zu haben. Noch nie haben wir eine derart engagierte, freundliche, zuverlässige und kompetente Agentur erlebt. Jeder Superlativ passt hier.
