The apartment is equipped with: WI-FI, independent heating, air conditioning, sheets, towels, hand soap, dishwashing liquid. It has washer and dryer. A cot with sheets is provided for younger guests. This bright and completely renovated apartment with Venetian terrazzo floors and Murano glass chandeliers is located on the first floor of a Venetian building in an enchanting position. Located in the Santa Croce district, it is in fact a few minutes from Piazzale Roma and the station and a few minutes on foot from the Basilica dei Frari and the church of San Rocco. The position of Cà Maria is strategic but also quiet because it is located in a small street with little traffic. The vaporetto stops (public transport by water) are 5 minutes away and everything that can serve you, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, banks, etc., are really under the house or easily accessible. If you travel with friends we have another apartment on the same floor. There was only one bath towel and one hand towel each for our stay, so I would recommend more and a larger size.
