This apartment was great for my wife and me. We were able to get around Venice easily by foot to explore.

Off the beaten track … which is great!

We were looking for a place off the beaten track, and this definitely is! We crossed the bridge from the train station, and nearly everyone else went a different way than we did at the first intersection. But about five minutes to Mercato Rialto and the vaporetto stop there, and about five more to the Rialto Bridge. Definitely a great location for exploring some less travelled parts of Venice while still being convenient to the well known attractions. And you can get away from the crowds when it’s time to go “home”. The apartment is as advertised on the site. Kitchen is quite functional, bedroom and living room are nice. Having a washing machine was a real bonus as we’re on a long trip, so doing laundry is essential!

They ruined my vacation to Venice by not stating how many flights of stairs you have to go up to get into each apartment. They need to state it in each listing for every apartment, so people who might have foot problems or other health problems can evaluate whether or not they can get up the stairs. I have had 7 foot surgeries and it is hard for me to go up stairs, even though I can easily do two flights of stairs, BUT THIS APARTMENT HAS 6 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. So for half of the days I was there I couldn't leave the room. My husband and kids had to bring me food, because my feet swelled up so bad. I didn't get to explore Venice because I was stuck in the room because I couldn't do all those 6 flights of stairs up and down daily. It's a big shame, because the apartment was very clean, quiet, and close to shopping and eating. I almost cried when I looked down out my window and could see people eating and enjoying themselves, but I could not join them.

Very bad standard, bad stains on old cushions and walls, thick dust on lamp shades and high surfaces, kitchen tap hanging off, work top broken and laminate missing, toilet flush broken and hanging off, sewage smell from macerator, bad mould around showers, blocked waste in shower, broken up flooring, worn dangerous stone steps up to apartment. The advertised city tax should have been €30 I was charged €80

Gute Unterkunft mitten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Rialto Brücke. Sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter. Wir konnten unseren Check out auf den Nachmittag legen. Vielen Dank.
