Charming accommodation on the second floor of a building with no elevator, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, dining table and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and toaster. A comfortable bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower complete the layout. The building is not equipped with an elevator. \*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m. Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide. It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums. Ausstattung teilweise kaputt wurde auch nicht repariert (Klodeckel in 2 Teile zerbrochen, Küchenzeile löste sich teilweise schon auf, Spüle locker). Relativ klein für den Preis.
