### Brand New Condo on Golf Course, beautifully decorated!

Located in Venice, this condo is a dream. With 2 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, shower, and bathtub, towels, linens, and a large kitchen with cookware, dishes, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. etc. to make guests will feel right at home. There's 70-inch smart tv in the living room, and a 65-inch smart tv in the master, both with local channels included. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom with large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another bathroom located right outside it's door.   
There are so many wonderful restaurants and bars within only a few miles from the condo, you will love exploring and enjoying Venice, including shopping (with Publix and Costco very close) and catching a spring training baseball game!  
There is a covered designated parking place and extra parking across the lot, plus an elevator and stairs. The golf course is very nice and a round of golf includes practice balls over the water. There is tiki bar on site that serves great food and drinks and several pools, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and spa.  
Our HOA mandates rentals to be for at least 30 days, but please inquire if you need a shorter stay and we can block the month...we are flexible!
