"The location was perfect very easy to find as we arrived when it was dark got off the water bus at San Marco sq through the arch under the clock tower and literally just a 2 minute walk! Surrounded my loads of restaurants and bars! Lovely buffet breakfast even had Prosecco and smoked salmon👌plus they provided complementary afternoon tea! Clean rooms towels changed every day! Would highly recommend"

"Perfect location! The staff were extremely helpful and were always available to answer any questions we had. We were able to store our bags for the full day after checkout, and we were able to check in two hours early! All around an incredible stay. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Venice."

"Lovely hotel a short walk from the train station and waterbus. Very clean and comfortable with staff very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast was a bonus. Comfortable beds and super quiet. I'd definitely stay again"

"...I've stayed at this Hotel many many times... always good... 30 seconds walk from St Marks Square... lots of great value single rooms... sometimes a single bed, sometimes a double.... I was in an annexe building this time... much nicer room... 15 seconds walk to the Hotel for breakfast... also, great luggage storage..."

"I guess i didn't do my research for the property very well before arriving. My reservation was a little misleading and I thought we could park at the hotel and when I called them the person I spoke to was not very helpful in explaining that if I was driving I would have to park near the bus station and walk to the hotel. It took us 3 hours of driving in circles until I finally googled the information and parked in a garage that was ridiculously expensive 45Euros per day. They told me at the hotel that I would get 10% off that price but when I picked up my car they charged me full price. The walk to the hotel was about 2km. We could have taken a boat taxi for another ridiculous amount! The breakfast was great and the room was very nice."

"The staff here were amazing. Friendly and helpful with bags and transportation. Room was clean. And it was nice to have the hotel so close to the train station. Will say breakfast was a little lacking but overall great stay."

"Loved the hotel, was a great location and easy to get to. Rooms were fantastic and staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only hiccup I would say is the air con was switched off meaning the rooms were too hot and stuffy. I complained but I have since learned that Italian hotels switch off their air conditioning in November because of seasonal heating and cooling regulations. They did provide a fan in the end as it was a particularly warm even in November. The other issue was a beautiful roof top bar, nowhere do they notify you that drinks to purchase are pretty much double the cost than the other bar in the hotel. We learned this when we paid the bill. Should have at least let you know as the view was not worth the huge price hike. Other than this it was a really nice stay and I would book again as the staff were great, food was excellent and hotel was new and modern"
