In addition, in 5 minutes you can reach the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon in the early 19th century, now the main venue for the Biennial of Art and Architecture exhibitions with 29 pavilions. With a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, while a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of MuranoFurnished with class, with a modern design that combines perfectly with the warm tones of the wood of the exposed beams, this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of an entrance, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with three sofas, one of which can become a double sofa bed, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, as well as all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. In addition, on the ground floor of the building there is a laundry room for common use. Within 450 m there are two convenience stores. Check-in is possible from 15 to 19\. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. This was overall our worst experience traveling. Our check in was at 3:00\. We arrived on time. No one showed up to let us in until after 4:15\. We sat on the neighbors steps for over an hour with our luggage in the heat! Once in the space it was quite charming. However, there was mold/mildew in the showers and they were quite small. Since we were traveling with teens we wanted to have two full bathrooms. The bathroom on the main floor did not have hot water. We followed the instructions to turn on the boiler (in my opinion we should never have had to go in to a basement boiler room to try to figure this out) and it never worked. So the entire time after many calls, texts and emails to fix or help we had one bathroom to share. We paid extra to have the convenience of two and could not use it!!!! There was a lack of communication and common decency. I am still waiting on a response. The silver lining was the bed/linens in the main bedroom were comfortable. DO NOT STAY HERE OR USE THIS COMPANY. ##### Cristen L. The wifi issue never got fixed. The agent said it was "not her job" to communicate to the cleaners... but she was our only contact. We were early (12 noon) and were told to wait for the cleaners and come back at 3-3:30pm... fine, we did. The house was still dirty.... so, they cleaned while we sat there. ##### Benjamin S.
