This home features two cozy bedrooms and an area with a pull-out couch, two full baths, a fenced in backyard with a BBQ grill, a pool table, Ping-pong table with a seating area in the garage and a separate detached garage with a large game area and a private Pickle Ball Court! Something for everyone to do. A perfect home for friends and family to enjoy year round!

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood of Venice, only a 10 minute drive to Manasota Beach, Venice Beach and Caspersen Beach as well as the historic downtown of Venice.

As you walk through the door you will find an open area with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a large pool table.
