• Guest Side: Second living area with a Queen sleeper sofa & single sleeper pull out chair.

Excellent property for a family stay in Venice

This home was perfect for our family's spring break in Venice. Close to the beach, attractions, shopping. The home is great, with numerous bedrooms, lots of closet space and sleeping areas, a great room with huge sectional and a fully stocked, modern kitchen. The pool was perfect for children - not too deep - and the property manager was wonderfully responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!

The house was perfect for a family trip. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for 8 of us. Having a pool that we could heat was perfect for the kids because our weather was on the cooler side. If I decide to return to Venice I would definitely check on this place again.

This house was perfect for me, my husband, kids, mother and mother in law. We all had our own area. The common area was spacious enough for all of to gather also. Very clean and decorated perfect! We had a small issue but was resolved very quickly! Very happy with that! If we are in the area again we will definitely be back to this house!

Away from it all in Venice

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in this quiet neighborhood in the southern part of Venice. Short walk to the preserve and friendly neighbors. As expected during a longer stay, we did have a few issues (smoke alarm needed to be replaced, furnace needed to be reset with the cold temps) but the management company was first class and took care of everything in short order. The patio furniture could be upgraded and I don't think I would pay to heat the pool again (cool during our visit and the heater had a hard time heating the water to a comfortable level). Overall, we were satisified with the property and would consider staying here again in the future.

Bedbug spray, cockroaches and 4 bedrooms, oh my!

We booked this house many many months in advance with the understanding that there would be five bedrooms, as listed. Most would assume a bedroom means that there is a door… in reality there are four bedrooms and a sitting room off the kitchen that has a pull out sofa. Merely five days before our arrival this was made known to me and the description of the house was changed…however it still lists as 5 bedrooms. This was a problem for our group as the only reason we booked this house was the promise of 5 bedrooms. We had an issue with a few cockroaches, but I suppose that is to be expected in Florida. On day three, several of us woke up with bites all over…Super reassuring was the bed bug spray in the garage…that was fun to deal with when arriving home. There is a long checklist of what needs to be done before a 10am departure, enough that it made us question why the cleaning fee is $300. Included in this long departure list there was never a mention of not washing the towels with the pool towels. As a result we had to pay for new towels…after washing and folding the towels. The best part of the house is the pool…enough space for an extended family to enjoy their time, including access to shaded area. Lisa, the property manager, is very responsive.

Host was always kind and quick to reply. Home was clean and accommodated us well. Pull out sofa mattress was not very comfy and some mattresses and shams were stained. Probably time to replace. There were no cookie sheets. Girls wanted to make cookies and oven made a weird noise and never quite baked the cookies. Kitchen can use some cookie sheets and cutting boards otherwise stocked well. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. Good location!
