Artist owned home near beaches
- Clean and comfortable house close to the beaches (5 minutes if the traffic lights are in your favor). Working from home? We have WIFI and a desk and desk chair. Split floor house plan. House has two master suites. The tiki room in the back of the house is full of fun art and decorations. The property Includes a large fenced-in backyard with beautiful live oak trees and an outdoor shower. The shower has running hot and cold water and is perfect after a sandy day at the beach or for scuba divers. The backyard is private and has space for your dog to run. Our new deck is wonderful for coffee in the morning, grilling outdoors or just enjoying those cold beverages. Rent includes the use of bikes and kayaks, lifejackets, and paddles. You will be close to Shamrock Park, many free beaches and within walking distance of the Venetian Waterway Park Trail.
