Great location near train station. Rental was clean and has everything you need. Having a washer was nice for our longer trip. Host was great too. Very easy to communicate with and was accommodating to our train schedule. We would definitely stay here again!
Roberta was extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean. It’s very close to the main strip, but far away enough to have privacy and avoid noise. We will definitely stay again.
A wonderful property and an exceptional host. Roberta met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, checked us in and got us situated in our little home away from home. Roberta was a wonderful host throughout, and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable, and we enjoyed returning to it at the end of a long day of sightseeing.
very nice and caring host, beautiful green suroundings near bakery, supermarket and various restaurants, nice sunny spell in the garden belonging to the apartment
Property was in a great location close to the train station and water taxis. Had everything we needed, and the host was really responsive. Great place to stay in Venice and highly recommend!
Tutto perfetto!! There were seagulls living on top of the roof raising their babies. Sometimes the little ones even looked through the window into our living room which was very cute. Most of the time we were exploring Venice but we were always happy to come back to our comfy home.
Perfect spacious rental in quiet area near to station
My daughter and I spent three days in this wonderful peaceful rental, with plenty of space, comfortable bed and sofa bed and lots of natural light. Sparkling clean, great kitchen, washing machine, both shower and bath as well as use of small garden area - with a charming fledgling seagull near a rooflight for extra company. Ideal location for travelling by train, catch water buses to different locations and day trips, as well as explore everywhere on foot - with some lovely restaurants in the Cannaregio area including for vegans. We are now finishing two weeks travelling through Italy in four different rentals, but this (our first) remains our favourite and I hope to return with my husband one day soon. Grazie!
The location was great. Even though it is very close to the train station, the Grand Canal and some busy streets, the apartment is extremely quiet and peaceful, with only the sound of birdsong and church bells in the morning. The apartment was clean and comfortable, although we would point out that while the website advertises it as a 2 bedroom apartment, there is actually only one bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed which is OK but not a proper bed. I would recommend that the host change the description to more accurately reflect the nature of the accommodation. I would still stress that we loved our stay there
The property was as we expected it. It was quite spacious and comfortable for our needs. It is a small walk to the train station and ferry terminals linking you to the tourist sites. We found the area was quiet at night but close enough to many restaurants and cafes. We opened windows for fresh air but mosquitoes were a nuisance. We also found it unusual to have to dispose of all our rubbish at a site about 15 mins walk from the property. There is a rubbish service on the street but you need to be there between certain hours which is not practical. When a €30 cleaning fee is paid we would expect that to be taken care of.
Very basic. Roberta met us at train station to guide us to property. This was much appreciated as it would have been difficult to find initially. After initial direction very easy to find and located in wonderful area near train station and vaporetto stop. Is NOT 2 bedroom, as advertised! One bedroom with queen bed and living room with sofa bed. I booked based upon "2 bedroom" advertised. When my friend and I stated we do not sleep in same bed upon first sight of apt. and asked about second bed advertised, host said, "you didn't ask for two beds". "Shocker" - why would we book "2 bedrooms!?" Roberta did pull out bedding for use on sofa bed which she stated, "is not very comfortable", It was adequate for 3 nights. Kitchen barely adequate. 1 (one) wine glass, but several "juice" glasses available. Was told we must dispose of trash in area specified across the bridge (NOT close). This was ludicrous. Rental/fee includes cleaning. Apartment is best advertised for students. If you are looking for a nice ambiance, don't rent this apartment. It is good for sleeping and in a decent area of Venice. For me, I would not rent again.

Very comfortable and conveniently located apartment
Roberta and Vladimiro were excellent hosts who take great care of this apartment. The location is superb as it is only a short walk from the train terminal. Even with such close proximity to the station, there is a serene feel to the surroundings. To get to the apartment, one has to walk a short distance from the main street (forget its name) and through an alleyway. Once you cross the main gate of the compound, everything quiets.
The apartment is well-stocked (though we didn't use the kitchen to cook). The space was ample for the 3 of us (2 adults and an 8 yr old).
Some of our favorite shops, restaurants, patisserie, and visitor's sites are a brief walk away (most less than 10 mins.).
hint: for your best traditional Venetian meal, try Trattoria dalla Marisa. Their dinner menu is worth the set price but reserve early.
The only needed maintenance we had noticed is the shower door needs adjusting to close properly.
Roberta was very good with communication prior to arrival and available while we were in Venice (although we did not need her). She met us at the apartment with the keys and had a smooth checkin process. The apartment is spacious and clean with all the basics in the kitchen. The only issue with the apartment was the very small shower. I’m 175lb and had great difficulty bending down to pick up items from the floor, as there is no shelf to store soap, shampoo, etc. my husband is closer to 300lb And was totally unable. We ultimately learned that if we placed the stepstool outside the shower with a towel on it, we could store items there and simply open door to access. The necessities. So don’t necessarily let this detour you. Only other minor Inconvenience is that it is expected that you take your garbage and recycling to the community area disposal site (about a 5min walk away). We would definitely stay here again or recommend for others.
Great stay. Close to train station so no bag porter necessary and no bridges between apt. and station. Drop your bags and get going. It is on the third floor overlooking green space which is rare for Venezia
Only 5 minute walk from train station. Close to shopping and eateries and Grand Canal. On a very quiet side street off the main shopping street.Apartment on first floor and very clean, had everything we needed. The host, Roberta met us at the gate and kindly showed us the amenities of apartment. We enjoyed our 4 night stay very much.
You could not find a better location in Venice, very central and easy to find. Roberta was an excellent host and we would enjoy staying here in the future.
Spacious apartment very centrally located close to St Lucia train station & Ferrovia water bus stati
Very spacious apartment well appointed and the washing machine was an added bonus
Highly recommended

check in was difficult. He did not speak English. No hot water. When contacted host she said it was working in the morning and there shouldn’t be a problem. But there was for two days. We asked for instructions to work the washing machIne she told us to use Google translate. Would don’t stay there again.

Clean & Large living space quiet area of venice.
Property was nice and clean. By far the largest apartment I have rented in Europe. Internet was somewhat intermittent it went down a once or twice for an hour or so during the week we were here. Overall great place to stay and would recommend. I wish I could say the same for Venice itself. I found the merchants to be scam artists. Watch the restaurants and stores close to this apartment. I would recommend going further into venice as there are a lot of street vendors near by trying to separate you from your money. High service fees and cover charges at restaurants near by. I recommend going to grocery store and eating in. As apartment has full kitchen. While I personally wouldn't come back to venice. I would recommend doing anyone looking for a decently priced place in venice to contact Roberta.
