The apartment was perfect for the price. There is only one AC unit in the apartment but does have fans in the bedrooms. Staff was nice and attentive. Location is great and easy to get to Provenza, close to multiple Pharmacy's.

The atmosphere was so peaceful I booked two extra nights just to unwind.

Unexpected fees and disappointing experience I booked The Charlee Hotel through Expedia based on the price and information presented during the booking process. After arriving, I was surprised by a mandatory resort fee and an additional fee for having a visitor, even when the visitor was not staying overnight. I have stayed at many hotels and have never encountered a visitor fee like this. If these are important conditions of staying at the property, they should be clearly disclosed before the reservation is completed. I contacted Expedia about the issue. They told me the resort fee was included somewhere under “Taxes and Fees” or “Due at Property,” while the visitor policy was listed under “Hotel Policies.” However, I believe significant additional charges and restrictions should be clearly communicated upfront. My issue is not simply the money—it’s the lack of transparency. Make sure you carefully review all fees and visitor policies before booking. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

Wonderful place, very comfortable, great customer service just don’t get the airport transportation offered as it is more expensive than getting a regular Uber. Location is great and overall fantastic
