"It’s decent hotel even if slightly overpriced (it could have been related to the music festival in nearby Ostrava). The room and the bed were big by European standards and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was pretty ok as well. The only thing which surprised us somewhat negatively was the €8 parking fee per night (in a small town). "

However at this price you would expect some level of service and hot water in the shower. Check in was ok - the person at the reception was obviously new so a little bit clunky check in process. "This is a mountain ski hotel. Everything was amazing. The breakfast and dinners were excellent. The staff simply wonderful. There is a vantage point next to the hotel where you can watch the sunsets, weather permitting. Just be aware of access to the hotel. Chairlift and not 24 hrs. I would have loved to stay longer."
