Die Aussage "sehr nahe Kassels Innenstadt" finde ich irreführend. Deshalb der Punkteabzug. Mit dem Auto braucht man 15 Minuten, wer es mit Bus und Straßenbahn probiert, ca. 30 Minuten, zu Fuß mehr als 1h (Quelle KVG, Google). Ansonsten ist die Wohnung mit einem kleinen Balkon sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Unter diesen Prämissen kann man die Wohnung in jedem Fall empfehlen. ##### Klaus L. Einzig und allein einen halben Punkt Abzug hätte ich für die Gegend in Kassel, ein Wohngebiet mit kaum Infrastruktur, wenn vom Bäcker und der Parkanlage absieht. Da war der angebotenen Pizza-Taxi-Dienst unserer Rettung. Für uns mit Hund die sowieso bessere Alternative als ein Restaurant oder eine Gaststätte. Wenn man so etwas gesucht hätte , hätte man schon mit PKW, einen anderen Stadtteil aufsuchen müssen. Die Fahrt ins Zentrum von Kassel führte in meinen Augen auch durch weniger ansprechende Stadtteile, kurz gesagt, eher durch die Bronx von Kassel ;-)... Ansonsten alles nett, wenn man also einen PKW hat und Kassel erkunden möchte, eine schöne Unterkunft, gerne kämen wir mal wieder ! ##### Heike D. Vellmar liegt etwas außerhalb von Kassel. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und liegt schön ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war wieder sehr gut. Alles was wir für ein Wochenende in Vellmar brauchten ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, ist praktisch und sauber. Das Bad ist top. Die Vermieterin ist nett und hat uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben, die wir spontan umgesetzt haben. Vorhandener Parkraum ist bequem gewesen. Versorgt haben wir uns auf die Schnelle beim Bäcker auf der Straße. Die Wohnung werden wir gern wieder nutzen und auch jederzeit empfehlen. ##### Manja S. Ich habe ein paar Tage in Kassel verbracht und mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Sie ist äußerst geschmackvoll und sehr modern eingerichtet - besonders der große Balkon hat mir gut gefallen! Bis in die Innenstadt sind es mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Auto nur wenige Minuten. Vor der Tür gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze! Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder! ##### Ursula H. Ich bin beruflich viel in Kassel und übernachte dann immer wieder auch in dieser Ferienwohnung. Hier ist einfach alles top: die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig am Stadtrand Kassels gelegen - trotzdem ist man aber in wenigen Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Auto in der Innenstadt. Vor der Tür gibt es zahlreiche kostenlose Parkplätze. Ich werde auf jeden Fall noch ein weiteres Mal wiederkommen! ##### Andreas B. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist gut und hochwertig. Es war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt wirklich sehr Verkehrsgünstig. Obwohl Stadt ist es rund rum sehr grün. Die Familie ist sehr nett und freundlich und sehr flexibel bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Obwohl in einem Hochhaus trotzdem schön ruhig. Liegt sehr zentral. Bäcker quer über die Straße. Kurzer Fußweg und man gut mit der kvg in die Stadt fahren. 10 min. Fußweg und man kann die Linie 1 für die Fahrt in die Stadt nutzen. In der Wohnung alles drin was man braucht. Diese Wohnung werden wir jetzt öfters buchen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr flexsibel und sehr freundlich. ##### Heike B. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und ganz modern. Wir haben Verwandte in Kassel besucht und waren überrascht, dass es jetzt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ganz in der Nähe gibt, von wo aus man direkt in die Innenstadt fahren kann (das war bei unserem letzten Besuch vor ein paar Jahren noch nicht der Fall, da gab es nur die Bushaltestell um die Ecke).
