"The location is very convenient. Exactly 10 minutes walk to the gondola lift. Staying here for a skiing vacation is affordable and the host, Albena, is super friendly."

" Average hotel but no more. Impossible to find parking place. Spa is smallest I've ever seen. They charge 60 leva for 100cl cognac but doesn't evet have glasses. TV on lodge vas troubling and we said several times but nobody even bothered. Only good thing was the restaurant and food was very good. Overall hotel is not worth even 2 stars "
