Worst of all, on our final morning, we were woken up at 7 AM by other guests talking and laughing right outside our window. Zero peace or privacy. This is not a 3-star hotel. This guest house is in an excellent location to get around Veliko Tarnovo The room/ bed was very comfortable. A little confusion checking in due to my traveling but once I figured it out easy. 2 spots in front to park but enough room across the narrow street. Mgmt/staff very friendly and helpful but not there all the time. I liked the garden area in the rear. I was able to listen to music from the plaza across the ravine while sipping on my rakia and snacking with white cheese. Overall, it was a great stay! I was very impressed with the Inn itself, and with the way everything was restored. The room was very clean. Special mention to Kata at the front desk! I actually thought she was the owner with the amount of care and pride she took in welcoming me, serving me, and providing excellent advice and recommendations. My only complaint is that the bed was not too comfortable, but this seems to be a problem throughout most of Europe. The location is excellent being close to the Tsarevets and Trapezitsa fortresses, the Asenevtsi monument and also being right in the middle of the old town and close to the new town. Amazing price! Sadly there was a large group of guests in the communal kitchen partying until after 1pm. We were unable to sleep and made three separate requests asking for them to be quiet. The second night (Sunday) was much quieter. I would recommend that the hotel closes the communal kitchen after 10pm to ensure guests receive a proper night's sleep. Although parking isnt easy the accomodation itself was beautiful with breathtaking views of the city and very friendly staff. Accueil agréable. Chambre confortable (literie moyenne) et équipée d'un frigo, produits de toilette artisanaux. La décoration est typique. Présence d'une cuisine commune au sous-sol et d'une magnifique terrasse.
