The apartment is distributed in a spacious living/dining room with 42" TV, free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge freezer, toaster, blender, kettle and coffee machine. It has a room with a double bed and another room with 2 single beds. It has a full bathroom with bidet and shower. The apartment is located 250 meters from the beach and in the surroundings you will find everything you need such as bars, restaurants, chiriguintos, supermarkets and local shops. The bus station is 500 meters from the accommodation, no car necessary. Pets NOT ALLOWED, under a penalty of 200€ The guest has to throw the garbage in the public containers (if in doubt about the closest location, contact us). Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50. As well as leaving the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils used by the guest clean (pans, pots, plates, glasses ...) Otherwise, a penalty of up to € 50. Since the cleaning includes the general cleaning of the house, including laundry of the whole house, as well as general cleaning of the kitchen, but does not include the garbage collection service or the cleaning of dirty utensils in the room.
