Nice house, quiet and comfortable. 900 m from the beach. Ideal for calm and careful people. With small pool, barbecue, small garden with chill out booth and shower, garage. 2 double bedrooms, kitchenette and large living room with fireplace, a bathroom and a toilet outside in the garden.
We only rent to families or couples QUIET.

Cool off-grid house with great garden

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our children really liked playing in the garden. and it worked well for us. I can see however it might not be to everyone's taste though. The property is in a small row of houses in a rural area accessed down a somewhat bumpy track. Our car was a touch too long to be able to close the garage doors, so we parked on the track. Hot water and electricity are from solar panels, which is great for the environment. We stayed in February and there was plenty of hot water for showers in the evening. Washing up in the mornings, it was cooler and the kitchen tap seemed quite slow. The batteries seemed to have plenty of electricity for our needs.

Mala anfitriona y mucha suciedad

El alojamiento nos ha parecido diferente a cĆ³mo era la descripciĆ³n, pensĆ”bamos que la playa estaba caminando a diez minutos y estaba a casi media hora y la comunicaciĆ³n con la anfitriona ha sido bastante pĆ©sima, ademĆ”s, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear; sĆ³lo estaban cambiadas las sĆ”banas de las camas y tenĆ­amos toallas limpias, pero la casa estaba bastante sucia. Los cacharros no estaban bien fregados, hubo que fregarlos de nuevo antes de usarlos y los muebles y telas que cubrĆ­an los sofĆ”s no estaban limpios. HabĆ­a cosas rotas y la piscina/jacuzzi tambiĆ©n estaba sucia. No funcionaba internet, se nos comentĆ³ que podrĆ­amos tener una cuna y en Ćŗltimo momento no fue asĆ­ y la propietaria, con muy malas maneras, intentĆ³ que pagĆ”semos un extra de limpieza por haber usado la barbacoa cuando ya estaba incluido en el precio una limpieza de cinco horas. TambiĆ©n nos acusĆ³ de haber organizado fiestas cuando Ć©ramos dos familias con tres niƱos y no organizamos nada, lĆ³gicamente, mĆ”s que cenar algunos dias de barbacoa en el jardĆ­n. Es verdad que podrĆ­amos haberle pasado un manguerazo a la barbacoa pero no nos dimos cuenta al irnos, tampoco pensamos que habĆ­a que dejar la casa mejor de lo que la encontramos. Estuvimos bien porque al final estando de vacaciones se estĆ” bien pero es verdad que la propietaria nos creĆ³ bastante desaosiego con sus comentarios y malas maneras via whatsup y que no contamos con ciertas comodidades que pensĆ”bamos que contarĆ­amos. Una pena.

senza infamia e senza lode. troppo cara per quello che offre. la casa avrebbe bisogno di parecchia manutenzione. mi sembra un pĆ² lasciata a sĆØ stessa (rubinetto cucina con poca acqua, sedie malandate). la pulizia andrebbe migliorata (piscina, pentole e stoviglie, griglia). poco attrezzata (in cucina solo due fuochi vicini, di fatto solo uno utilizzabile per volta; niente zanzariere ne aria condizionata e con finestre chiuse fa molto caldo; con finestre aperte pieno di zanzare; non si puĆ² utilizzare il phon o attrezzi con spunti elettrici elevati per via dei pannelli solari. il paesaggio attorno ĆØ alquanto deprimente, anche in termini di pulizia. non possiamo onestamente dire di essere soddisfatti.

Fin de semana en Casa Victoria

La estancia en casa Victoria ha sido muy agradable , la casa es muy luminosa, confortable y limpia. El lugar es muy tranquilo, ideal para ir en bici hasta la playa por caminos. Sara la anfitriona ha estado muy atenta. Muy recomendable para familias con niƱos .
