We have implemented high cleaning and sterilisation standards to adapt to the current situation and to make sure you are safe and comfortable during your stay.

In addition, the house remains vacant for at least 1 day before your arrival.


Living space
We offer you a luxurious, spacious, comfortable and safe summer house with patio (125 sqm in total), aircon, loads of space to relax, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very spacious living room with satellite and cable TV, as well as a DVD player.

The house was built in 2007 and stretches over 2 floors. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very spacious living room with TV. There is a huge patio (~40 sqm terrace) with table, chairs, and plants.

This luxurious townhouse is situated in a very quiet area in Vejer de la Frontera. Actually, it is located in one of the best locations in Vejer, literally on top of the hill. Just around the house, there are stunning views of the coastline around Zahara de los Atunes and Conil de la Frontera with sun set views, and views of Marocco.

We have implemented high cleaning and sterilisation standards to adapt to the current situation and to make sure you are safe and comfortable during your stay. In addition, the house remains vacant for 1 day before your arrival.

Before and after you spent hours on the beach, you can enjoy the big patio, where you can have your dinner at the big table, swing in the hammock, or simply lay down on the sofa enjoying the blue sky and birds singing every morning and evening. The huge eating and living space will welcome you to rest and chill on the couch whilst watching a movie or reading a book. The spacious and clean kitchen will allow you to cook or prepare take-away food, just the way you like it the most.

Please be aware that, because of the current situation, we can’t assure you that the pool will actually be available this summer, as the premises are currently (still) closed. But no worries: the ocean is always there waiting for you and just a 10 minutes’ drive away.

The house is fully equipped and ready for you to feel like home.

- WIFI: Glass-fiber high-speed-internet (100MBit).

- Kitchen: Cooking utensils, cutlery, pans, pots, microwave, juicer, blender, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and dishwasher.
In the kitchen there is oil, sugar, salt, coffee, washing liquid, laundry detergents and softener, dishwasher tablets, detergents, sponges and cloths. Just use what you need!

- Pantry: Loads of space for storing your food and other things. You can also find a hover, a mop, an iron, and an Ironing board.

- Living room: Air-condition, crockery, pots and glasses, wooden dining table with chairs, couch, satellite (German) and cable (Spanish) TV, DVD player.

- 2 Bathrooms: 2 Towels per person, bathroom carpet, liquid soap and containers for your tooth brushes, etc. - One on the first floor and one on the second floor.

- 2 Bedrooms: Pillows, duvet, blanket, hangers, fitted wardrobes - One on the first floor and one on the second floor.

- Patio (Terrace): Table, chairs, and plants with an automatic watering system.


Neighbourhood
Vejer is very close to the beaches - Zahora, Los Caños de Meca and El Palmar are just about a 15 minutes drive away.

The area is very quiet, literally on the edge of the town. It's a very good place to relax and chill out, as you will not be disturbed by any noise from bars or fiestas. That´s why enjoying the patio or sunbathing at the swimming pool is a great idea. You can also go hiking straight from home.

Nearby you will find two restaurants with amazing views to the ocean and stunning sunsets. You can also find plenty of nearby shops, restaurants, bars, and a very close by supermarket in walking distance.

You can easily walk to the old town, which will take you about 15 minutes. Please note that we live on top of a hill here, so wherever you go you will always be walking up and down.

Vejer is a town where it is usually difficult finding a parking lot, but around the house there are plenty of parking lots, directly in front of the house, or only 50m away. So parking really isn´t an issue here.
