Room was super clean, modern and fit me perfectly. The front desk staff Judith Katherine was super helpful when I arrived late at night. She explained everything in English since I don’t speak Spanish. She really went above and beyond to help me with all my questions and check in. House keeping was also very helpful since I didn’t want any service and they respected it. The night security guard was the sweetest always smiling and welcoming when I went in and out. Overall as a solo female traveler on my very first solo trip this hotel and staff was the best.

The hotel here far surpassed our expectations. This place was up in the mountains with fresh air, sounds of nature and the most beautiful views you can imagine. Everything about it was amazing.
