Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm. We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude.
