Cancellation policies apply, with cancellations up to 60 days prior to arrival being free of charge, except for a handling fee of CHF 100.00. If you cancel less than 60 days before arrival, you have the right to propose a replacement tenant who must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both you and the substitute tenant will be jointly and severally liable for the rent.
