Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The pillows weren’t very comfortable neither was the sofa but all in all for the price it was good. Anna was very helpful and anything we requested was supplied straight away

Lovely staff and very clean, rooms very modern and pool great. Was a bit noisy on an evening, especially being by the lift the sound really travelled.

We've stayed at LIV properties in the past. City Suites and Mackenzie. LIV Urban seems to have less care for it and slightly run down. The rooms are dirty, mostly the toilets with a lingering smell. There's also a stench in the lifts and hallways. The service at Mackenzie and the now closed City Suites were much better than Urban.
