A great hotel!! The beds are like heaven you sink down like on a cloud. Very good layout of the room. Friendly people!! Old wonderful building. I’ll stay here again if I come to Västerås (instead of the steam hotel😊)

I liked this hotel , it's in central position, it's a beautiful hotel, good and rich breakfast. Only little things , we didn't find bathrobes and slippers. But we saw them for others rooms. I don't like different treatments between customers , in the same hotel.

Trevlig , hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Fick boka mot betalning en parkeringsplats innanför grindarna vid hotellet. Jättebra frukost. Vacker konst och framför allt tyst och lugnt i hotellet.
