Unique Cottage

  • This unique cottage is located steps away from the shore of 3 mile pond. Located on Sandy point the entire shoreline has a sandy bottom which is perfect for recreating on the water. Kayaks(provided for a fee)can easily be launched and it is a perfect place for young children to play in the water. The shoreline features a gradual decline for young children who are learning to swim.
